Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Contract Installation Crew Team Member to join our team at our Ashland, VA location. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, punctuality, integrity, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities include the installation of various products, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring high-quality work standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation tasks as per project requirements
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Be open to learning new techniques and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical ability to perform installation tasks

Compensation and Benefits:

• $16/hr (no experience)
• $20+/hr depending on experience
• 6 paid holidays
• 5 sick days
• 10 days paid vacation (after 6 months)
