Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Landscaper and Lawn Sprinkler Specialist to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, horticulture, and irrigation systems. This role involves designing, installing, and maintaining beautiful and functional outdoor spaces for our clients.

Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement landscaping projects, including plant selection, garden layouts, and hardscaping. - Install, repair, and maintain lawn sprinkler systems to ensure efficient water distribution. - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and weed control. - Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently. - Assess and improve soil conditions to promote healthy plant growth. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications: - Proven experience as a landscaper and lawn sprinkler specialist. - Strong knowledge of plant care, horticulture, and irrigation systems. - Proficiency in using landscaping equipment and tools. - Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
