Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and efficient Contract Barback to support our bartending team and ensure smooth operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities: - Assist bartenders by restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including washing glassware and bar tools. - Ensure the bar is well-stocked with ice, garnishes, straws, napkins, and other necessary items. - Collect and remove trash and recycling from the bar area. - Assist in opening and closing duties, such as setting up the bar for service and cleaning up after shifts. - Provide support during peak hours by helping to serve drinks and manage customer needs. - Perform other duties as assigned by the bar manager or head bartender.

Skills and Qualifications: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Team player with a positive attitude. - Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods. - Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus. - Must be of legal age to work in a bar environment.
