We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Contract Host to join our team at 11800 W. Broad St. Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our guests, managing event logistics, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival - Provide information about the event, venue, and facilities - Coordinate with event planners and other staff to ensure smooth operations - Address any guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Monitor guest activity to ensure compliance with venue policies - Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed

Skills and Qualifications: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities - Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required - Basic knowledge of event management and logistics - Proficiency in using reservation and event management software is a plus
