Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Contract Bartender to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Contract Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring a clean and organized bar area, and providing a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bar equipment and supplies - Check customers' identification to ensure they meet legal drinking age requirements - Take orders and serve snacks and drinks to customers - Interact with customers, take feedback, and provide excellent customer service - Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately - Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies - Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages

Skills and Qualifications: - Knowledge of a wide range of drink recipes and mixology techniques - Ability to manage a busy bar and multitask effectively - Strong customer service and communication skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Certification or training in bartending is preferred - Familiarity with local alcohol laws and regulations in Richmond, VA - Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items - Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
