The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience from the moment they enter our establishment. Key responsibilities include managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and leading the host team to provide top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor - Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently to optimize seating capacity - Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service - Lead and train host team members to maintain high service standards - Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously - Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area - Collaborate with restaurant management to improve guest satisfaction
