We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies, and mitigating risks. The Contract Manager will play a critical role in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts, and will work closely with various departments to support business operations and objectives.

Key Responsibilities: - Negotiate, draft, and review a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. - Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and renewal. - Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts. - Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and other departments to ensure contract terms align with business objectives. - Maintain accurate records of all contract-related documents and correspondence. - Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters. - Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes that arise. - Continuously improve contract management processes and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology. - Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
