Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Bartender to join our team at our premier location in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks, managing bar inventory, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, and providing an exceptional experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Manage bar inventory and supplies - Adhere to all health and safety regulations - Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately - Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed

Qualifications: - Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques - Strong customer service and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling transactions - TIPS or equivalent alcohol training certification preferred - Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
