Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Line Cook to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, cooking menu items to perfection, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring a high standard of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace - Monitor stock levels and report any shortages - Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations - Assist in the development of new menu items

Qualifications: - Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and presentation - Good communication and teamwork skills - Food safety certification preferred
