Job Title: Event Helper

Job Description: We are seeking a Contract Event Helper to assist with various tasks for events held at our location. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture, setting up decorations, and organizing event materials. - Greet and direct guests, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. - Help manage registration and check-in processes. - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products. - Provide support during the event, including serving food and beverages, managing activities, and addressing any issues that arise. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the event space before, during, and after the event. - Assist with post-event tasks such as inventory management and feedback collection.
Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects. - Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is preferred. - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in event management or related fields are a plus. - Reliable transportation to and from the event location.
