Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to assist in the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down event spaces, managing guest lists, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth operation of events.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event staff. - Manage guest lists and registration processes. - Provide on-site support during events. - Ensure all event spaces are clean and organized. - Address and resolve any issues that arise during events. - Perform other related duties as assigned.
