Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Contract Event Helper to assist in the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include event setup and teardown, guest assistance, vendor coordination, and ensuring a smooth event flow.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in event setup, including arranging furniture, decorations, and audio-visual equipment - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and setup - Provide guest assistance and address any inquiries or issues promptly - Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards - Assist with event cleanup and teardown
Skills Required: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends
