Job Title: Event Helper

Location: Richmond, VA 23173

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to assist with the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in event coordination is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment. - Support event coordinators with logistical tasks such as registration, guest assistance, and vendor coordination. - Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and address any issues or concerns promptly. - Maintain a clean and organized event space before, during, and after the event. - Ensure compliance with event safety protocols and guidelines. - Perform other duties as assigned by the event coordinator or manager.

Qualifications: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects as required.
