Job Title: Event Helper

Location: Richmond, VA 23229

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to assist with event setup, execution, and teardown in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the physical stamina required for event-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment. - Provide support during events, including guest assistance, registration, and vendor coordination. - Ensure the event area remains clean and organized throughout the event. - Follow event plans and timelines to ensure smooth operations. - Address any issues or emergencies that arise promptly and efficiently. - Collaborate with event planners, vendors, and other staff to ensure successful event execution.

Qualifications: - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. - Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
