Job Title: Event Helper

Location: Richmond, VA 23222

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Event Helper to assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown. The ideal candidate will have experience in event coordination, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations. - Support vendors and participants with any logistical needs. - Provide on-site assistance during the event to ensure smooth operations. - Manage attendee registration and provide information as needed. - Help with event breakdown and cleanup.

Skills: - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
