Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Contract Event Helper to assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist with event setup, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment. - Provide support during events, such as serving food and beverages, managing guest lists, and addressing any immediate needs. - Help with event breakdown and cleanup to ensure the venue is returned to its original condition. - Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and other staff to ensure smooth event operations. - Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the event.
