Job Title: Event Helper

Location: 1535 West Ave, Ste 13, Richmond, VA 23220

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Contract Event Helper to assist with the planning, setup, and execution of various events at our Richmond location. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Assist with the setup and teardown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, decor, and equipment. - Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other event partners to ensure smooth operations. - Provide on-site support during events to address any issues that arise. - Help with registration, guest check-in, and customer service. - Maintain a clean and organized event space before, during, and after events. - Support the event planning team with administrative tasks as needed.

Skills Required: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. - Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus. - Basic knowledge of AV equipment and event setup. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). - Reliable transportation to and from the event location. - Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
