Job Title: Event Helper

Location: 3412 W Franklin St, Richmond, VA 23221

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Contract Event Helper to assist with various tasks related to event setup, management, and teardown. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities: - Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations. - Provide support during events, including guest assistance, registration, and coordination with vendors. - Ensure event areas are clean and well-maintained throughout the event. - Handle any issues or emergencies that arise in a professional and efficient manner. - Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure all requirements and specifications are met.

Requirements: - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). - Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends.

Preferred Skills: - Basic knowledge of event planning and execution. - Familiarity with audio-visual equipment setup and operation. - Customer service experience.
