Job Title: Event Helper

Location: 3126 W Cary St, Richmond, VA 23221

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to assist with various tasks at our event venue. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down event spaces, assisting with guest services, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. Prior experience in event assistance is a plus.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces - Provide support to event coordinators and vendors - Greet and assist guests as needed - Ensure event areas are clean and organized - Perform other duties as assigned

Skills: - Strong organizational skills - Excellent communication abilities - Attention to detail - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Prior experience in event assistance is preferred

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to lift and move heavy objects - Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
