Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to assist with various tasks related to event setup, execution, and breakdown. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the setup and teardown of event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and décor. - Support event staff in managing registration and guest check-in processes. - Provide assistance with audio-visual equipment setup and troubleshooting. - Ensure event areas remain clean and organized throughout the duration of the event. - Offer support to attendees and address any questions or concerns promptly. - Collaborate with the event team to ensure seamless execution of event activities.

Skills Required: - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed. - Proficiency in basic audio-visual equipment setup. - Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
