Job Title: Event Helper

Location: 7400 Beaufont Springs Dr, Richmond, VA 23225

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown at our venue. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to handle physical tasks, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities: - Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations - Support event coordinators during the event to ensure smooth operations - Greet and direct guests as needed - Provide assistance with audio-visual equipment setup and troubleshooting - Ensure the event space is clean and orderly before, during, and after the event - Handle any additional tasks assigned by event coordinators

Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Basic knowledge of audio-visual equipment is a plus - Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
