Job Description: We are seeking a Contract Event Helper to assist with the execution of various events in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down event spaces, coordinating with vendors, assisting with guest services, and ensuring the smooth operation of events. Flexibility and the ability to work evenings and weekends are required.

Key Responsibilities: - Assist with event setup and teardown, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment. - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and setup of event-related items. - Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring guest satisfaction. - Maintain a clean and organized event space before, during, and after the event. - Assist with administrative tasks related to event planning and execution as needed.

Qualifications: - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
