Job Title: Event Helper

Location: Richmond, VA 23220

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to assist with various tasks during our events in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a passion for delivering outstanding event experiences.

Key Responsibilities: - Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, and decor. - Support event coordinators in managing event timelines and schedules. - Greet and direct guests, providing exceptional customer service. - Help with the distribution of promotional materials and event supplies. - Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations. - Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the event.

Qualifications: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
