Job Description: We are seeking a Contract Event Helper to assist in the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities include setting up event spaces, coordinating with vendors, managing guest lists, and providing on-site support during events.

Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces. - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products. - Manage guest lists and RSVPs. - Provide on-site support during events, including troubleshooting and addressing guest needs. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications: - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus. - Ability to lift and move event equipment as needed.
