Job Title: Event Crew Member

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Contract Event Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Assist with the physical setup and teardown of event equipment, including tables, chairs, tents, and audio-visual equipment. - Provide support during events, including guest assistance, crowd control, and maintaining cleanliness. - Collaborate with event coordinators and other crew members to ensure seamless execution of events. - Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. - Perform other duties as assigned by the event manager.

Skills Required: - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. - Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Previous experience in event setup or related field preferred but not required.

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Ability to work in various weather conditions.
