We are seeking a skilled and motivated Prep Cook for a contract position at our restaurant located in the heart of Shockoe Bottom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and assisting the kitchen staff as needed.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations - Assist in the preparation of dishes during service hours - Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
