Job Title: Bartender

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Contract Bartender to join our team at our vibrant venue located at 2601 Park Ave, Richmond, VA 23220. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, extensive knowledge of drink recipes, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. - Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks. - Assess customers’ needs and preferences to make recommendations. - Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes. - Check customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age. - Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. - Maintain a clean and organized bar area. - Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Skills Required: - Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. - Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Understanding of hospitality and customer service. - Basic math skills for handling cash and managing transactions.

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Must be of legal age to serve alcohol. - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
