Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Contract Server to join our team at our Richmond location. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner. - Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system. - Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring a positive dining experience. - Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. - Process customer payments and provide accurate change. - Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. - Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills. - Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays. - Must be 18 years or older.
