Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking accurate food and drink orders, delivering orders to the table efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a friendly, positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests promptly - Take accurate food and drink orders - Deliver orders to guests efficiently - Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any concerns promptly - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service - Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

Skills Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service orientation - Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure - Team player with a positive attitude - Basic math skills for handling payments - Prior experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Virginia - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
