Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Contract Bartender to join our team at a bustling bar located in North Chesterfield. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixology, customer service, and bar management. Responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The bartender will also be responsible for checking IDs, handling cash transactions, and adhering to all state and local alcohol regulations.

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent service - Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Check identification to verify legal drinking age - Handle cash and card transactions accurately - Adhere to all health, safety, and legal regulations

Skills and Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment - Knowledge of bar equipment and inventory management - Basic math skills for handling transactions - Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus - Must be 21 years of age or older
