Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and efficient Contract Dishwasher to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This includes ensuring the dishwashing area is kept clean and orderly.

Key Responsibilities: - Operate dishwashing machinery and maintain cleanliness and functionality. - Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. - Ensure proper storage of clean dishes, utensils, and equipment. - Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. - Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors. - Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines.

Skills Required: - Knowledge of proper sanitation and cleaning techniques. - Ability to operate industrial dishwashing machines. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Good physical condition and stamina. - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Qualifications: - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
