Key Responsibilities: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner - Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff - Serve food and beverages to customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact - Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests - Process payments and manage cash registers - Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service - Follow all health and safety regulations
