Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Banquet Cook to join our team at 101 W. Franklin Street, Richmond, VA 23220. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and cooking large-scale meals for events, exceptional culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items according to event specifications and guest requirements. - Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste. - Assist in menu planning and recipe development for various events. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace. - Follow all health and safety regulations. - Collaborate with other kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure timely and efficient service.

Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed.
