Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating kitchen and service activities, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise brunch service operations. - Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation. - Oversee front-of-house staff, including scheduling and training. - Maintain high standards of customer service and address any issues promptly. - Monitor inventory and place orders as necessary. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
