Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Contract Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional cocktails, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar. This role requires flexibility in scheduling and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences. - Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked bar area. - Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. - Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all guests. - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. - Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed. - Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operation.

Skills and Qualifications: - Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Must be at least 21 years of age. - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand for extended periods. - Capability to lift and carry heavy items, such as kegs and cases of liquor.
