Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Ensure food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation

Requirements: - Proven experience as a line cook or similar role - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and creativity - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is a plus
