Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and efficient Contract Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishware. This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities: - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and equipment - Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures - Sort and stack clean dishes, and carry clean dishes to cook's line and other proper storage areas - Remove trash and clean garbage bins - Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
