Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Contract Server to join our team at our Richmond, VA location. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service abilities, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner. - Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. - Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct orders are delivered. - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and resolving any issues. - Maintain a clean and organized dining area. - Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for events. - Follow all health and safety regulations. - Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. - Knowledge of food and beverage menus. - Proficiency with POS systems. - Attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking. - Team-oriented with a positive attitude. - Previous serving experience is preferred but not required.
