Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Bartender/Server to join our team at our establishment located at 1200 East Cary Street, Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending and serving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. - Take customer orders and deliver food and drinks in a timely manner. - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area. - Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies. - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. - Assist in the setup and breakdown of events.

Qualifications: - Proven experience as a bartender and server. - Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Must be at least 21 years of age. - TIPS or similar alcohol training certification preferred.
