Job Title: Experienced Server

Location: Henrico, VA

Job Description: We are seeking experienced servers to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Must have prior serving experience and a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests - Take accurate food and beverage orders - Serve food and beverages in a timely manner - Handle cash and credit card transactions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly - Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications: - Proven experience as a server in a restaurant setting - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Knowledge of food and beverage service standards - Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Virginia

Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems - Ability to memorize menus and specials - Basic math skills for handling payments - Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
