Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival - Manage reservations and guest seating arrangements - Assist with menu presentation and special requests - Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area - Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow - Handle guest inquiries and provide outstanding customer service
