Job Title: Servers/Bartenders

Job Description: We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic contract Servers/Bartenders to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly - Mix and serve drinks according to established recipes and standards - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations - Assist with setting up and breaking down events as needed

Skills and Qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong multitasking abilities - Knowledge of food and beverage safety standards - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Must be 21 years of age or older (for bartending positions) - TIPS or similar responsible beverage service certification preferred
