As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.

Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude - Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly - Assist with menu presentation and provide information on specials - Coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service - Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area - Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate as necessary - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
