Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and efficient Contract Busser/Bus Person to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include clearing tables, setting up dining areas, assisting servers, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities: - Clear and reset tables efficiently and courteously - Assist servers with delivering food and beverages - Maintain cleanliness in the dining and serving areas - Refill water glasses and replenish bread and butter as needed - Ensure dining areas are set up according to restaurant standards - Assist with stocking and organizing supplies - Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience

Qualifications: - Prior experience in a similar role preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods - Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
