Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Beertender for a contract position in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various beers, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities: - Serve a wide variety of craft beers and beverages to customers - Provide detailed information about different beers, including taste profiles and brewing methods - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations - Assist in restocking and inventory management - Engage with customers to enhance their experience and promote loyalty

Qualifications: - Proven experience as a beertender or bartender - Strong knowledge of craft beers and brewing processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Must be at least 21 years old - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is a plus
