Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all guests - Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system - Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally - Ensure table settings are clean and properly arranged - Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and courtesy - Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling transactions - Knowledge of food and beverage menu items - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic - Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs - Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
