Position Overview: Grandstaff & Stein is seeking a skilled Contract Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional customer service skills. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and recipes. - Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and restocking supplies. - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. - Assist in the creation of new cocktail recipes and drink specials. - Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications: - Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and bartending techniques. - Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. - Must be at least 21 years of age and possess any required bartending certifications.
