Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction - Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems - Serve food and beverages in a timely manner - Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials - Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas - Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service - Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices - Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods - Must be of legal age to serve alcohol

Preferred: - Familiarity with Richmond’s dining scene
