Responsibilities: -Prepare rental cars for upcoming trips, including dropping off rentals to select customers. - Pick up and retrieve vehicles from auto repair shops, impound lots, and train stations or airports. - Communicate with guests using our mobile app via chat and live calls in order to check vehicles in/out, provide customer service, verify guest identification, and other administrative tasks. -Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rental trips to ensure cleanliness and identify any damages or maintenance concerns. -Perform general vehicle maintenance ( tire pressure checks and changes, changing tags, recording and reporting any warning lights, etc..) -Maintain an organized and clean office environment and lot space.
