WashYourWayRVA, Richmond's premier car wash, is taking applications for both full- (preferred) and part-time Front End/Sales Associates.This is an important role at WashYourWayRVA as the associate is responsible for:
-monitoring incoming traffic -greeting customers -outlining menu options -tendering transactions -selling and managing unlimited membership plans -executing on extra sale and 'up-sell' opportunities -prepping/sending vehicles.
This position requires friendly customer interaction and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
No experience necessary; WashYourWayRVA provides complete training. The position pays hourly plus commission on sales. Advancement opportunities and additional compensation can be available based on performance and availability.
